 I help women in their 30s to mid-50’s engage in self-reflection to create personal growth and wellness thus creating a blueprint of the life they truly desire.

 

Personal Growth & Wellness  

 

Personal Growth & Wellness means different things to different people at different stages within their lives.  Sometimes, there is a feeling of emptiness as though something is missing in your life, for others it is the search for happiness and the realization that this begins from within.  Some may identify it as a goal or dream that has eluded them and which they still wish to pursue.  

 

Through the process of self-reflection, I will help you to identify your feelings and assist you to develop a deeper inner awareness and understanding of your ‘self’. Together, we will discuss possible strategies and explore options that will best meet your needs and bring you closer to your desired outcome(s). Once clarified, I will help you: 

  • set goals

  • develop an action plan or blueprint of the life you truly desire

  • outline the necessary steps to move you towards your desired outcome(s)

  • to prioritize and reassess the situation as needed.  

 

Law of Attraction

 

As a firm believer in the Law of Attraction, I will help you understand the principles, offer simple techniques and strategies you can use in your daily life and work with you in helping you attract the life you desire.  Often, we believe we are applying the universal laws consistently but in many cases, there are small things we are doing which are having a powerful affect in the opposite direction of what we truly desire.   

 

I will help you pinpoint the ways in which you are counteracting your desired intentions and work with you in changing your thoughts, beliefs, behaviour and actions to coincide with the blueprint of the life you truly desire.    

 

Family, Work, Life Balance

 

Whether you are single, married with/without children or caring for an aging parent, it is important to have a healthy, balanced lifestyle.  If you are feeling stressed, out of control or unable to keep pace with the daily demands placed on you, it may be time for you to consider accessing outside support.  

 

I will help you to:

  • assess your current situation

  • identify what needs or what you would like to change

  • develop strategies and techniques to cope with your present situation and/or make the desired changes

  • explore healthy living options that are geared to your interests and lifestyle
